Zero Relay exists so you can use AI without telling the AI companies who you are. This policy explains what data Zero Relay handles, how it’s stored, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Zero Relay collects what it needs to run the product:

  • Your email address. An account needs an email. It identifies your account and is how we contact you about it.
  • Your chats and memories. The messages you send, the answers you get, and the memory the product builds from them are saved so your history, search, and shared memory work. They are stored encrypted, as unreadable ciphertext, and only unscrambled briefly when a message goes to the AI to get an answer. If our database ever leaked, a thief would get scrambled text and nothing else.
  • Which AIs you use.

Paid subscriptions are billed through a separate payment company.

This website uses no analytics, no cookies, and no trackers.

What the AI companies receive

When you send a message, Zero Relay passes it to the AI company using our own accounts. The company gets the words of your message, because the AI has to read them to answer. It never gets your name, your email, or your account. To the companies behind ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok, every request comes from Zero Relay.

How your data is stored

Your data lives on Google Cloud servers in the United States, stored encrypted. The keys that unscramble it are kept in a separate system, so data and keys are never stored together.

What we don’t do

We don’t train AIs on your conversations, and we don’t sell them. To anyone.

Deletion and contact

To delete your account and the data attached to it, email support@zerorelay.io. The same address handles any question about this policy.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
