Terms of service.
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of Zero Relay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Zero Relay gives you ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Grok in one product with one shared memory. Your requests go through Zero Relay’s own accounts with those companies, so they never learn who you are.
Your account
An account needs an email address. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it safe.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through a separate payment company. Billing questions go to support@zerorelay.io.
Your content
Your conversations are yours. You give Zero Relay permission to store and process them, including the encryption, search, and memory described on our security page, only to run the service. We don’t train AIs on your conversations, and we don’t sell them.
AI output
Answers come from AIs built by other companies. They can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they aren’t professional advice. Use your judgment before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Zero Relay to break the law. Don’t try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access to it.
Ending your use
You can stop using Zero Relay at any time and ask us to delete your account and data at support@zerorelay.io. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Zero Relay is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
